Five MRT lines
Shenton Way sits about three minutes away on the Thomson–East Coast Line, under shelter. Downtown, Marina Bay, Tanjong Pagar and Telok Ayer follow. Since 12 July 2026 the Circle Line has run as a complete orbital.
00 — The Vision

Floors one to fourteen are W Singapore – Marina View. Level four is your lobby. From level sixteen the building stops being a hotel and becomes home — and the service simply carries on up the lift shaft.
Everything the hotel does for a guest, it does for you. The difference is that you never check out.
It is the first residence in Singapore to be built this way, and there is only one address where it could have happened.

01 — The Address
Marina Bay is the only part of Singapore where the office, the water and the front door are the same short walk.

Connectivity
Shenton Way sits about three minutes away on the Thomson–East Coast Line, under shelter. Downtown, Marina Bay, Tanjong Pagar and Telok Ayer follow. Since 12 July 2026 the Circle Line has run as a complete orbital.

District 1
More than 2,000 family offices now operate out of Singapore — a 43% rise in a year. Most of them work within walking distance of this lift lobby.

The edge
Central Linear Park runs along the base of the tower. Beyond it, the bay and the Straits. It is quieter here than the postcode suggests.

02 — The Residences
683 homes. One to five bedrooms and three penthouses, under 3.05-metre ceilings throughout.

The outlook
The first residential floor already sits above most of what surrounds it. European granite underfoot on every balcony; an aluminium soffit overhead.

The fittings
V-Zug. Dornbracht. Franke. TOTO. Omnires. A Deltec smart-home hub, and a dehumidifier built into the wardrobe because of where we are.

The plans
Floor plans are held back from public view. They are released with The Collection, or in person.

03 — The Ascent
Three floors that are not really floors. Around fifty lifestyle and social spaces, stacked through the tower.

A 25-metre infinity pool, FIT, an attended gym floor, open exercise decks and the children's playground.

Cellar @ 34 and its sommelier lounge, two dining rooms that open into one, a golf simulator, and the terraces you would otherwise book a restaurant for.

At the top: a heated infinity-edge pool, hot onsen pools, private treatment suites, a meditation room, a party deck and a spa concierge who is only yours.
04 — The W Life
The pool is the part people photograph. The service is the part they keep.
W Singapore – Marina View is run by Marriott International, and the residences are run by the same team to the same standard. Whatever/Whenever® is the promise underneath it: ask, and it is arranged.

01 — The Address
Twenty-two Marina View. District 1, Downtown Core — the part of Singapore where the office, the water and the front door are the same short walk.

Marina View in the Downtown Core · artist's impression
Shenton Way, on the Thomson–East Coast Line, is roughly a three-minute walk through a sheltered link. Downtown and Telok Ayer sit on the Downtown Line. Marina Bay carries the North South, Circle and Thomson–East Coast lines between them. Tanjong Pagar is about eight minutes on foot, on the East West Line.
On 12 July 2026 the Circle Line closed its loop. Prince Edward Road opened with it, roughly seven minutes from the door, and Singapore's first orbital rail line began running as one.

The neighbourhood
Marina Bay is where Singapore put its financial centre, its waterfront and its next thirty years, on the same piece of reclaimed land.

Singapore now hosts more than two thousand single-family offices — a 43% rise in a single year. Most of that capital works within walking distance of this lift lobby.
Figures cited by IOI Properties

Central Linear Park runs along the foot of the building and out toward the bay. The ground floor is open and raised, so the city walks through rather than around.

Marina Bay is not finished. The Marina Bay Sands expansion adds a fourth tower and a 15,000-seat arena; the Cruise Centre is being refreshed. This is a district still being written.
02 — The Residences
One to five bedrooms and three penthouses, from level sixteen upward. Ceilings run 3.05 metres throughout.

Living and dining · artist's impression
Two bedrooms account for nearly half the building, which keeps it lived-in rather than let-out. The four- and five-bedroom Signature homes arrive by private lift. Three penthouses sit above everything.

Total 683 homes

Specified
V-Zug washer-dryer and dishwasher. Franke sink. Dornbracht tapware and shower. TOTO water closet. Omnires basin. European granite on the balcony, aluminium above it.
Built in
A Deltec smart-home hub with leak detection and smart lifts. Ducted air-conditioning under smart control. A Haiku ceiling fan. An Aerify dehumidifier inside the wardrobe, because of where we are. Two homes to every residential lift.

03 — The Ascent
The building gives back three of its floors. Around fifty lifestyle and social spaces, stacked so the day has somewhere to go.

The first floor above the hotel. Water on one side, weights on the other, and the city already well below.

An attended gym floor rather than a room with machines in it. Personal training on request, and the pulse and stretch spaces beside it.

Full length, infinity edge, and short enough a walk from the lift that you will actually use it. Open exercise decks and the children's playground share the floor.

W does not have lobbies. It has Living Rooms — and this one happens to be thirty-four floors up.

A sommelier lounge with your own storage in it. The kind of room that turns a Tuesday into something worth staying in for.

Private dining either side of a folding wall, with pantries, wine fridges and ice behind them. Terraces outside for the part of the evening that runs long.

Because the weather in Singapore has opinions.

The top of the building, given over to the slowest part of the day.

Hot pools at the top of a tower in the tropics is a strange and very good idea. A heated 25-metre infinity-edge pool runs alongside them.

Private rooms, and a spa concierge who works this floor and no other.

Trees, stone and a skylight, fifty-one floors up. The rarest thing in a building this size is a room with no purpose.
04 — The W Life
Anyone can build a pool on the fifty-first floor. Very few can staff it the way a W hotel is staffed — and then run your home to the same standard.

Residential arrival, Level 4 · artist's impression
Marriott International manages the property directly — the hotel and the residences, one operator, one standard. That is the part of a branded residence that either holds up over twenty years or quietly does not.
Every residential professional on site, from the concierge desk to housekeeping, completes a minimum of 250 hours of training a year. At least one concierge holds accreditation from the International Society of Residential Concierge.

Round-the-clock in-residence dining, activity arrangements, key handling, parcels, valet parking and hotel-grade security. Ask, and it is arranged.
A healthcare management team on call around the clock. House calls, teleconsultation, priority scheduling, medication delivery, and a network of more than 400 physicians across 30-plus sub-specialties.
The owner recognition platform built for Marriott residence owners — and with it, Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite: upgrades, lounge access, late checkout and daily breakfast for two across more than 7,000 properties. Subject to availability.
One person who knows the building, the contractors and your preferences, so you are not project-managing your own home.
Owner Appreciation Week. Wellness Month. Film nights. Pet Appreciation Week — which sounds like a joke until you meet the dogs. Included in the service charge; the occasional ticketed evening is not.
Hotel guests enter at Level 2. You arrive at Level 4, on your own drop-off, into your own lift core. Signature homes go straight up by private lift.
05 — The Makers
A branded residence is a twenty-year promise. It is worth knowing who is making it.

Who built it
The Singapore arm of IOI Properties Group. It secured this site in September 2021 for S$1.508 billion — about S$1,379 per square foot per plot ratio — which tells you how the land was valued before a single floor existed.
One of Singapore's longest-established practices. The tower is deliberately light-toned against darker neighbours, and lifted at the base so the ground stays public and open.
A Melbourne studio, brought in for the residences and the hotel interiors. The brief was W energy at the door and quiet materials once you are inside.
Marriott manages the property directly. W Singapore – Marina View occupies floors one to fourteen; the residences above are run by the same organisation to the same standard.
Building in Singapore since 1927.
BCA Green Mark Platinum. At the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, Best Ultra-Luxe Condo Development and Best Lifestyle Condo Development.
